3room flat

Original design was made back in 1970s by comunists. I deleted original corridor so I could make room for children sightly bigger and allow the enterance to the room directly from the hall.
Original size of bathroom was 3.019m2. The same with toalet room wich size was less then 1m2.
I also conected kitchen and living room without drastical changes.
Main aim was to connect whole flat with disign and make it visually more spacious, therefore i used combination of white, gray and black colour. And for materials I used combination of cold stone patterns with warm wood patterns.

Childrenbedroom is bigger so are bathroom and toalet.
Original measures were:
9.867m2 for children bedroom. Now is 12.48m2
3.019m2 for bathroom, now it is 5.64m2
less then 1m2 for toalet now it is nearly 1.5m2

Space Showcase 15 Renders

There wasn't need for big changes. I connected it with kitchen and hall so it looks more spacious and inviting. Original living room was isolated from other parts of flat where people usualy linger through daytime. It creates optical and designer connection.

While in livingroom space wasn't problem, in the kitchen it was really challenging. I am happy that I was able to create a little space for small dining table for 4 people in the corner where the camera is and in the same time made this room appealing.

This home design project - 3room flat was published on 2021-02-25 and was 100% designed by Homestyler floor planner, which includes 15 high quality photorealistic rendered images.
