Refund request for two incorrect automatic charges
Hello Homestyler Support, I was charged for two months of subscription automatically and by mistake. I did not intend to renew, and I have not used the service during this period. I would like to request a full refund of both charges. The payments were made through PayPal: 10 May 2026: 29 USD 10 Jun 2026: 29 USD I have disabled auto-renewal to prevent this from happening again. Please refund both charges (58 USD in total) and confirm once it is processed. Thank you for your help. Best regards, A

Disappearing room.
Hi. When I select an object in 3D mode, the whole room disappears. I can then only see a wireframe (is that the right term?) of the object selected. I can move the object around, but I can't see that relative to the room. I'm guessing I've changed a setting somewhere by accident? Any help would be much appreciated.
