Rainwater and grey harvesting is the perfect ecological way to get water and minimalize waste. This water waste is reduced through a Basin and WC 'rocker' recycling the water. This wastewater goes through a tank holding system and into the Biodisc foul sewage treatment that helps grow the landscape!
When it comes to trash, a composting bin is necessary for all food products, and then recycling paper materials. In this tiny home composting is made simple and will keep you from creating a sewage pile up! The compost will be laid out and is key for the perfect nutrients in planting.
Materials include tile, and timber made from local sustainable sources, with gabion walls from recyclable materials. In the warmer months, a mechanical vent heat recovery with roof vents for passive cooling is installed. In addition, a low profile home reduces exposure to extremes of wind and sun.
