Luxury mobile home.
My name is Steve and am the designer of Luxury mobile home. My design of a rooftop retreat is based on japandi inspiration. I wanted to see how one can create stunning designs with limited space. The design is an experiment on how to create a 3 story home with just 3 single wide mobile homes. With high interest rates, rents and home prices, homes are not affordable and manufactured homes may be the option for others.
Floor Plan 104.91㎡
The floor plan of this home was based on a 455 sq ft single bedroom mobile home. For the first floor, I made changes to the size of the bathroom to accommodate the stairs. On the second floor, I got rid of the shelf and utility room to accommodate for a big bath and two bedrooms. Same FP for 3F.
