Step 1:

At the top of the Homestyler web page, go to ”Community & Learn“ and enter Challenges or select a category on the current page.(Note: The entry points for the app and web are different and will be distinguished in the title.)

Select a challenge, enter the event, and click “Submit Now” to submit your design project.

To make edits after submission, go to "My Workspace" to find and modify your submission.

Select a challenge, enter the event, and click “Join Now” to submit your design project.

After submission, view your design under "My Contribution." To make edits, go to the "My" page to find and modify your submission.

  • Submission Requirements
  • 1. Entries must be completed on the Homestyler web page/app. Entries made using other design tools will not be accepted.
  • 2.Please choose one subcatagory - Time Capsule orDesign Hope - to create and submit your design. The design style is not limited.
  • 3. Participants can submit multiple entries, and the same entry cannot be submitted repeatedly across sub-categories.
  • 4. Each participant on the same track can only receive one reward. If a participant wins multiple awards, the highest award will prevail.
  • 5. There are no restrictions on styles, scenes, and models, and participants can play freely according to the theme.
  • 6.Entries must include a title and a description/story behind the design.
  • 7. Entries must be set to public status. Works in private status will not enter the final selection.
  • 8.Each project must include at least 5 or more normal renders. (This applies to web only)
  • 9. Participants must ensure that they are the sole author of the entry and must not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any party. All legal responsibilities for copyright and other legal disputes involved in the entries shall be borne by the entrants themselves.
  • 10. The final interpretation right of this competition belongs to the organizer. Please read the competition copyright rules in the "FAQ" carefully before participating. If you do not agree with the above rules, please do not participate in this competition. Your submission of any work on the relevant website pages of the competition shall be deemed to be your agreement to the above rules.   • How do I modify my submitted work?

    Web terminal: Under the "My Workspace" tab, select your project and edit it. After saving, the modified content will be synchronized to the competition pool.
    Mobile terminal: Under "My", select your project to edit. After saving, the modified content will be synchronized to the competition pool.

  • How can I see my submitted works?

    Web terminal: You can view your submitted works on the competition details page.
    Mobile terminal: On the competition details page, switch to the "My Submissions" tab to view

  • How do I add a description and cover to my entry?

    Web terminal: Select the editing project on the "My Design" page, set the cover, adjust the order of pictures, add pictures and text, and save after modification.
    Mobile terminal: On the "My" page, select the entry and click "Edit-Edit Description

  • How are the winners for each track determined?

    Each track will independently select winners for First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Honorable Mention.

  • Can participants win multiple awards in the competition?

    Each participant can only win the same award once. If multiple awards are won, the highest prize will take precedence.

  • Homestyler Design Award Copyright Statement

    1） Each Participator shall guarantee that all the submitted work(s) must be original, each Participator shall guarantee to have full and complete intellectual rights to all the submitted works. If the same works are submitted by different authors, the one which is submitted first shall prevail. Any infringement or allegation of infringement of intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patent, trademark, design copyright and/or ownership and other rights, shall be the sole responsibility of the participant and have nothing to do with the Organizer (homestyler.com and its operator, the same meaning below) and its affiliates.
    2）The organizer has the right to exhibit, publish, and publicize all entries in the competition, on the condition that the author's name or Homestyler ID was referenced along with the work. As to winning works, the participants should not transfer, publish and make it in other exhibitions and/or competitions, unless the organizer authorizes by written.
    3） Entries that are not original will be disqualified whenever once any evidence is found. Any related legal disputes arising therefrom shall be borne by the Participator himself.
    4） Organizing committee of competition - Topping Homestyler (Shanghai) Technology Co. Ltd reserves the right of final explanation.
