Heart-to-Heart Room. The Penthouse Affair
Welcome to my Valentines Penthouse where the theme is all about chic femininity and stylish living in the heart of the city. A compact apartment with the added bonus of an open air terrace and small balcony off the bedroom. A palette of soft pinks and greys infused with stronger splashes of cerise and mulberry have been used throughout this home to produce a romantic environment to celebrate the 14th February.

The interlocking hearts contain the main open plan living area and kitchen. The smaller heart consists of bedroom complete with bathroom area. The apartment is entered via lift through a small hallway. Outside areas of both the main heart rooms are two outside areas with great views across the city.

Bedroom
A mix of romance and clever use of space. This very feminine room of soft soothing tones has a bedroom area that could be sectioned off with the use of the curtain if required.
The bathroom area has a discreet screen for privacy and fold back doors open onto a charming tiny courtyard..

LivingDiningRoom
Chic femininity is the theme of this main open plan living room and kitchen. Uncluttered fresh and youthful.
Wallpaper panels along with raised white screens add definition and interest to the room without having the necessity to hang conventional artworks.
The room has intentionally been left free of excess furnishing and clutter.
The kitchen area although compact has enough space for a desk and dining option along with a long work surface and adequate units.
The continued use of pale pinks looks particularly attractive teamed up with fresh spring green foliage.
Smart sexy and a touch of sassy with this mixed material desk and multi pink chair.
Love heart timepiece given a tweak to its appearance in playful pink acrylics.
Hallway
The hallway really makes a bold first impression with its multi pink appearance and metallic elements.
A lift brings you up to the entrance.
Valentines posy and decorative accessories dress the storage unit that has been given a makeover with coloured metals and coordinated inserts.

The roof garden terrace is such an added bonus especially as it boosts its own raised plunge pool together with ample room for alfresco dining and relaxing.

Directly off the bedroom is this cosy balcony seating area just big enough for a comfy chair for one.
Looking back through into the bedroom from the bijou balcony... what a nice space to sip your morning coffee. Happy Valentines dear designers!!
