Space Showcase 12 Renders

A large living room is located to the right of the dining room and staircase. This can be used for larger groups and gatherings. Also great for settling down and enjoying a TV show.

Here is another look at the dining room, also looking into the staircase and living room. the staircase carries over from the fireplace with the marble siding. It also has built in bookshelves and storage. The lighting throughout the whole home is meant to almost bring an abstract feeling.

The family room is a front facing room. It has a large marble fireplace that is almost like a piece of art in your home. More windows are bringing in natural light to make the home more cozy and livable while still keeping the modern feeling.

Front Room, the front door leads to the dining room that is also attached to the family room. A large opening in the ceiling looks straight up into the second floor with large windows bringing in plenty of happy light.

Kitchen, located off of the living room. A Unique backsplash was used to make the kitchen pop out from the rest of the room. There is also plenty of island seating at the breakfast bar. G

Gym, supplied with yoga supplies, two treadmills, cage, tires, and dumbbell racks.

First floor powder room is located off of the kitchen. Concludes of the closest color to sage green I could use.

Master Bedroom, with a walk out balcony. Sitting area that's out of the picture with a view. Open closet with LED lighting.

To start off the second floor we have the landing areal. Glass railings are looking over the opening to the front room. A large light hangs down past the railing and looks over the front room as well.

Master Bathroom with an amazing view! Large soakers tub with a his and her's vanity. Also a closed off toilet room.

Kids Bedroom, located upstairs down the hall from the Master Bedroom. There is two of these identical bedrooms just one has a blue color scheme.
