Brutalist Bronze Abode
When looking at scenes from the movie Dune, I noticed brutalist architecture, stone, metal, horizontal lines, simple shapes, and subtle elegant touches. I tried to take these elements and incorporate them into a much smaller design.

The style of this home was inspired by images from the movie Dune, taking its grandiose scenes and architecture and bringing it all down to a much smaller scale.

Space Showcase 11 Renders
The home was created in a brutalist style to feel very heavy, protective, and part of the landscape.
The interior showcases the same cutout shapes at the back of the house as are on the front of the house. A heavy bronze chandelier matches the heaviness of the home's cement and metal structure and decor. The living area provides plenty of room for entertaining.
The front door is made of a decorative dark metal. The windows are protected by automatic durable coverings as needed for wind storms/protection, but largely remain open at all times. The ceiling is utilitarian and brutalist in design.
The simple bedroom on the second floor contains hidden storage compartments on the bed platform that sit flush when closed for a seamless and minimalist look.

For the living room, I wanted to create a space that felt cozy, yet remained minimal and used basic shapes.
Across from the living area is the kitchen and dining. Simple, yet interesting shapes are used throughout.
This might be my favorite part of the entire house. I love all of these shapes together and their minimalist design.
