Inspired to create a unique floor plan with a rustic look in mind.It's a unique floor plan with good use of space condensing rooms so that there wasn't unnecessary rooms or wasted space.

Decided when i did this floor plan that i wanted the kitchen to be in the middle. The kitchen to me is the heart of the house and instead of closing it off completely I added windows to make it more appealing.

MasterBedroom

consistent colors are featured throughout the house and present in the bedroom. I could totally sleep peacefully in here

Instead of having a different fireplace in the bedroom i decided to use the same fireplace as in the living room to keep the flow of colors going.

Kitchen

the heart of the house. barn door entrance on one side with windows facing the hallway so keep connected to the rest of the house. A unique design element i had to include.

Just off the kitchen with windows facing the outside, the dining room sits as it's own room

LivingRoom

another view of the living room and the right side of the kitchen. how fun would it be to be cooking in that kitchen but still see what is going on in the living room?

joining the hallway with the kitchen is the living room.. a nice roomy area for people to gather and watch tv or just chill out. consistent with the colors so each room flows.

Bathroom

both the main house and the master bedroom share the bathroom to keep the size of the house down

the only fireplace in the whole floor plan that is different. It's a bathroom. it doesn't need to be fancy.

EntranceHallway

the hallway is a "u" shaped starting at the front door here and ending over by the dining room
