Design fails

Dear team, please somebody unswer , at least this time! My design  stopped loading ( only one is not loadinf but i see that it still exists). What can be done in this case and what happened to the design?!!

System up to date, vpn off, checked everything. Started drawing from. the beginning @ Homestyler support
Hello, We suggest you to check your network, clear your PC cache, update system, and also check if your VPN was turned on? Then using Google Chrome browser to try again:)
