I sent the video for rendering and it won't load it, the wi-fi connection is strong but despite this it ate the seconds I bought but the video doesn't come out it continues to give me "in progress..." If I delete it, will the seconds be regenerated or not?
Hello, we feel sorry to tell you that if you delete the videos which are in progress of rendering, the seconds will not be returned:) And if your video takes long time to render, we suggest you clear the cache to check again:)
