Whimsical Vertical Garden
This hits the brief, but not in the traditional way. Yes, it is a vertical garden, but it's much different than the norm. For one, it is high above the ground, providing both garden and view. It brings the almost forest like wimsy inside while still keeping that flow with the outside ever present. Second, this garden is very untraditional. Like an eclectic almost maximalist home, it is filled to the brim with vegetation of all sorts, in a myriad of different styles, elements, shapes, containers, and orientations. It takes your mind on a scavenger hunt with a new vertical element to be noticed with every passing glance. While it may look like a massive hodgepodge of different things thrown into this room, it should loosely resemble the beauty of a wildflower field. A wildflower field I might add, that contains no rhythm, reason, or planning, but is mearly a bunch of colorful flowers strewn about an open field, that came about because someone had both an idea, and a packet of seeds. 🌿
