Sunlight/lighting issues in render

The sunlight wont come through the windows. ive tryed chnging the window out, changing the glass, and messing with the sunlight settings. im on the third floor if that changes anything 

before rendered (ignore everything else)

after render, you can see the light outside and the light from the letters but its not coming in.
