Design Concept:The design of a modern family house is given and the beauty of the interior and exterior of the family house is shown in the project. Pastel colors and tones are the basis of the harmony of this space. The design includes smart technologies: sensors, automated lighting control, heating and cooling, alarm and cameras. During the design, I took care not to violate the "three pillars of sustainability" or the "triple bottom line". Rational use of space, energy saving, are just some of the conditions I thought about during the design. The emphasis is on living in smaller environments and the natural environment. During the design, planning the layout, choosing materials, I used Al Designer and Al Modeler to improve and speed up the design of the house. Be with God.
