From the large Barn/Rec Room with a Performance Stage to the large Living Room and Kitchen, this house is built for parties. And with Bunk Rooms in the Barn, some people may never want to leave.

Design Concept:Masseria: Large, fortified farmhouses common in Southern Italy (especially Puglia). They often featured thick white walls and high courtyards for protection. AI Function Application:The 1930s in the USA saw the rise of the International Style (white walls, glass), Art Deco, and Roman-style homes. Competition Theme:Traditional Masserie are, as of 2026, often found in Bel-Air, California. Project Status:I'm not an interior designer, I'm an architectural designer. I love remodeling and rebuilding old houses and businesses.
