This garden contrasts the defined structure of the buildings with the flowing and carefree arrangement of the garden plants. The furniture is all neutral to let nature remain the focal point.
Water surrounds the gazebo area allowing reeds and grasses to flourish in the wet environment. To the left of the gazebo is a sitting area. To the right is a small structured garden area.
Top down view of the sitting area.
View from the back patio of the house. A path leads from the house to the wooden stepping stones.
View from atop the gazebo. The gazebo has gardens on its roof and the house has a garden ledge.
The back patio has a sitting area and a dining area, but all sections have access to the garden.
The dining space.
The sitting area. Simple shapes were chosen to let more of the natural elements be the stand-out.

View of the sitting area towards the house. The idea was to have the furniture be beautiful but not detract from the springtime blooms.
