
Watching a video ''sustainable living'' a man wanted to build a tiny home and did so by just renovating a singlewide. Unbenounced to me until viewing, as long as you have the frame, and a few ( if still good) structure support timbers, you can gut it, remove the siding and all the walls, and it is still considered a remodel, thus, no permits, just inspection to be on the safe side. Sooo, here is my remodel of a 14x70, 1980 year built, I found online, in my state for $2,500. Just an idea..
