Commission from a friend

A dear friend of mine is about to move and asked me to design his future home. All the design choices were made with his and his mother's constant collaboration, as it's important to best meet the client's needs. The furnishing style and most of the colors were chosen beforehand. I wasn't allowed to modify any fixtures or walls; we had to adapt this house to their needs. As you can see, the building features a large living room, two bedrooms and a guest bedroom, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a storage room, as well as a room for storing jackets or shoes when returning home, next to the entrance. The small bathroom and laundry room were excluded from the design and aren't shown in the renderings because they didn't need any changes. small rendering errors are visible. P.S. My friend absolutely wanted a pool table for hosting parties at his house... and I can't blame him.
