I had been dreaming of opening a bakery shop with my cousin who was a head chef at a 5 stars hotel. He taught me how to make pudding with caramel malt. And so I began to think "What if I start a small shop?". I had the idea to open a small shop for starter where the bakery not only sell bread, cookies and other pastries but also sell a very affordable black coffee and tea in the afternoon.
