small loft design
The design is a typical loft design mixed with what I´d prefer. The lower floor of the apartment inlcudes a sitting area with view on the city, behind this part is an open kitchen as well as an open floor part in case someone feels the urge to dance. On the right of the kitchen is a small storage room in the back as well as an open office for work from home. The upper part is simple private. Bed- and Bathroom in minimalistic outlet. The key thought is privacy combined with a modern design. Open and secretive. It is a simple design for someone who likes the minimalisitc way of living.Floor Plan 181.93㎡
The floor plan as given isnt very informative regarding the design. The only acutal walls used on the lower floor are those to support the stairs and those seperating the storage room from the open living space. The pictures below give more information to the actual design.

Here you can basically see the design pretty well. The bedroom upstairs and secluded from the living space downstairs. On the right side the sitting area, city view and of course a TV. In the middle the "Dance floor" and on the left side the kitchen and office (which isnt visible from this angle).

Bedroom
The bedroom is held simple. A double bed, a dresser and books. All essentials given. The plants give the design a natural athmosphere.
