This is a long shot, but is there anyway to taper a wall, for exsample, the wall starts at 12 feet and goes down to 4 feet in a 45 degree angle.
Step 2: use 'Guide Lines' to locate the sloped wall, use 'Line' to connect the surface, finally use 'Rectangle' to draw the upper half of the wall ：
