Why do messages from potential clients who fill out a form requesting design assistance arrive so late? 

I checked and sent the request to myself. I filled out the form yesterday at 5:00 PM, and the message still hasn't arrived. 

Now I understand why communication with clients takes so long. Is there a way to fix this? 

They are definitely discouraged when they have to wait so long for a response. 

it looks like I sent a traditional paper letter by post and waited for someone to receive it, read it and send a reply.

This service is therefore completely ineffective and inefficient. It doesn't work well. 

Clients probably think they're being disrespected by the designer for having to wait so long for a response. 

Comments on posts, forum posts, and so on, all work immediately. 

The ability to contact the designer should be improved so that messages arrive immediately, just like on any other messaging platform.
