Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with importing .glb files. During the import process, no errors are displayed, but once the files are imported and processed, the models appear distorted – some elements are misaligned and others are missing entirely.
A few months ago, I used the exact same .glb files and everything imported correctly. Now, none of my new imported files are displayed properly.
I’ve attached an example image showing the original model and a screenshot of how it appears after being imported into Homestyler.
Could you please look into this and let me know what might be causing the problem?
