How to remove the ceiling over the park and roads? How can I add a second floor for only one house, while keeping the others single-storeyed?

Hello, we suggest you enter 'Edit Floor' option on 2F, to delete the extra spots of the out door space, then drag the remained spots to attach the house, and we have shown you the screenshots through the ' feedback ' in the tool, please have a check:)
