What kind of customer service is this? I am really disappointed with your website and customer service. First of all, there is no option to check or manage my subscription, which I subscribed to last month. I searched the entire website but was unable to find any place to check my payment card details or to unsubscribe.
Even after requesting customer support to cancel everything under my account (hhi4052@gmail.com), they failed to do so. Yesterday, I was shocked to receive a message of a deduction of 51 USD without any information or notice. My bank card was used without my permission and auto-deducted, which is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never experienced such frustration in my life.
I demand immediate attention to this matter. Please cancel my subscription right away and refund the 51 USD billed yesterday. The way you deduct money without permission is unacceptable. I strictly request that you pass this message to your finance team to address this issue. I am disgusted by your service, and as a result, I will cancel my account and seek an alternative service.
