Checking renders

Hi, does anyone know how to see your finals renders, I rendered something and I wanna see how it looks. Also please check me out and like my posts. They are really bad because of the rendering stuff. Also does anyone know how to change the design cover on my posts. They are really bad and you can't see how it really looks .

Click the button on upper left of the picture to change the cover:

And you can change your cover of the posts by this way: go to 'My Designs' page, find the design, and choose ' Edit Project ' button
