I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AND STILL KEEPS CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD, THIS PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK AND IT BAD. I WILL REPORT TO MY BANK AS FRAUD BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY CANCELED TWICE AND STILL CONTINUES TO DEBIT.
I'm going to report them. I have been trying to cancel for 3 months. There is NO cancel button on the subscription page. This is illegal to keep charging our credit card. And we cannot deactivate our account unless we cancel the subscription, and round and round we go.
