Hi. Um, Laptops do tend to have a HUGE internet problem. The only thing that you can do is reset your Wi-Fi, and if that doesn't work then I would call someone to come look at the problem with your laptop. Does your internet tend to mess up a lot through out the day causing certain apps to not load? If so, then that is a problem with your internet. Also, if it's not your internet, then it's most likely the laptop that you are using or its homestyler being incredibly slow like usual.
