I uploaded a 3D file of a kitchen (3dsky).
How do I separate it into individual parts?
3dsky descriptions DOES mention that it can be edited and separated into individual parts, but how?

I love 3DSky but you have to be very careful which models you download. HS doesn't have the ability to separate uploaded models, unfortunately separation has to be done in another rendering program. Maybe in a future update--we can only hope!
