Tried migrating existing design to new v4.0, but no new design appears after 24h-Вопросы и Ответы-Homestyler Forum

Hello - I have existing designs that I've created with Floorplanner a year ago, so that's probably the 'older' version.

When I enter one of the designs I am asked if I want to 'upgrade' it to the newer version, and I pick "yes".

I've waited for a day, but I don't see the new migrated design in "My Designs".

What can I do ?

Hi, I'm facing the same issue like Adam. How long usually the designs have been converted to newer version? Is the fail with v1 version is connected with all desgins, or few of them or randomly (with the same design - one day it is possible, the other not)? Thanks! Miłosz @ Homestyler Official

Hi Adam, for V1 design, the transfer sometimes may fail. You could download your previous renders from website under "my designs" page.
