how can i change the measurements from inches to cm

Hi, You could change the measurement unit between mm/cm/m and ft through "File - Preference - Measurement Unit" in the top navigation bar in the design interface of floor planner.

I am going to go ahead and add it a major flaw I see. It has to do with precession float accuracy. Major Bug in the application that makes the application unable to be useful and actual construction in the US where we use Inches. You can only enter x.x cm or feet and cannot enter x.xx in many cases. For example if your trying to design a Kitchen full of cabinets, you cannot get the cabinet sizes correct. This will trough off all your materials, and you will end up having gaps or uneven view lines if you try to trust this tool to layout a kitchen. Tool has a ton of potential, but needs help
