Key Design Decisions • A consistent palette of natural textures—from the limewashed walls and warm oak floors to the lush green vertical gardens—ties the café, bar, and function areas together. • The green tiled bar fronts act as a visual hero throughout the venue, adding vibrancy while complementing the earthy tones. • Layered lighting design including statement pendants, and warm LED accents, creates ambiance adaptable for daytime dining, evening cocktails, and elegant receptions. • High-quality, durable finishes were chosen to withstand heavy use while maintaining a high-end appearance. Challenges and Choices • Ensuring the space transitioned seamlessly between intimate events and large functions required thoughtful furniture layout and storage integration. • Acoustic considerations were addressed with wall treatments and concealed paneling to ensure the venue feels inviting and comfortable even when full. • The design had to balance operational practicality for staff with an elevated experience for guests, influencing the placement of bars, kitchens, and service points.
