This is the second bedroom and it's on the downstairs level. It's a comfortable double bedroom and like all the rooms in the house has the sea view.
Coming up the stairs, this is the space where you enter into. Clean and white, with the colors of the ocean surrounding you. They used the rustic stacked stone walls through the whole house as a textured element and it looks magnificent!
This is the downstairs bathroom and was styled to perfection for the use of not only the house owners, but also for visitors. White marble was splashed on the walls and was paired with a touch of blue on the vanity and in the shower area.
This is the view when sitting in the bath......
The kitchen was planned to serve the open plan living areas in the best way possible. As it is part of an open plan space, they opted to keep it clean and clutter free, but not without glamour!
This is the spacious master bedroom with a seating area in front of the windows to make the best use of the magnificent sea views! There's ample storage in the floor to ceiling wardrobes and they opted for white and clean lines to show off the colors of the ocean to the maximum.

While sitting in bed first thing in the morning, this is the view.!
The lines of this sofa reminds one of the breaking of waves on the shore!
This is the vanity area in the main bathroom. They used marble in this bathroom also and then paired it with the soft sea blue mosaic pattern. The lit mirror creates a beautiful light in the space.

This picture shows the entrance to the house. This house is also about different levels as you'll see demonstrated in the selection of pictures of the different areas of this vast open space. So the first level is the elevated front entrance area as seen in this picture.
The staircase was chosen to accentuate the different levels that was created in the space. Straight forward in this picture is the hallway leading to the downstairs bedroom suite.
They used art selectively but with great effect as demonstrated by this statuette. And part of the art is the magnificent ocean views in every window frame. They also used the rough stacked stone texture as an art element in the whole house adding that little bit extra texture and interest.
The blond wood on the staircase was repeated in most of the wood finishes. They tried to stick to a limited palette as to showcase all the colors of the ocean to the maximum.
The second level was created by the sunken floor in which a conversation area was created. See the layout and demonstration of that in the pictures to follow.
The wooden slatted screen was used to frame the sunken conversation area.
Under the stairs this swing seat was fitted with amazing views out on the ocean.
This is the view from inside the conversation area. Big and comfortable seating. The steps leading down is wide and easy to step down and also could provide extra seating. The color palette taken from the colors of the ocean.
A fireplace was fitted in the conversation area and on the right is the windows with the ocean view.
Art on the wall.....big in scale and very effective in style.
This is the doors leading out to the balcony on the dining room side of the open plan space.

This is the view when sitting at the dining table and looking over the room.
The dining room chairs was mostly the inspiration and start of the whole space. Sitting there around the table like shining little pieces of polished sea glass! The proud and joy of the home owner. a Selection of handmade pottery was displayed on the table.
And before we end this tour, one last node the ocean sitting there in all it's glory in the frames of the windows!! And this is all I can say about that! I hope you enjoyed the tour! Please take time to watch the panorama to see how this space comes to life when the sun goes down.
