A Penthouse in Spain

This is a project for a family in Salamanca, Spain, that wanted to renovate a 100sqm penthouse with a 60sqm terrace into a bigger and comfy home. We integrated half of the terrace into the house. Thus, the house now measures 123sqm and the terrace just 24sqm, enough to enjoy the sun and friends.
