18x38 rethinking space and needs...

I'm rethinking space for those who have multi family living needs yet restricted on space. Where I am, space is an issue; overcrowded feel, little storage, the usual tiny home issues. This mostly has to do with the limited creativity and what local city planning offices allow. Living in a mostly warm climate 9 months out of the year, air flow is important and a place to put a window desert cooler is necessary as load shedding is due to extreme shortages the country. But this streamlined open concept is one I have yet to see in a small house plan or the many prebuilt homes.
