18x38 remastered

The idea is not decor' but how to fit a garage, kitchen, bathroom, wet room ( laundry area, yes ppl stil do wash by hand 21st century still is coming), bedroom,livingroom,stairs,some sort of storage in 18x38. Where I am, this is standard side by side housing w up to 3 story with a roof patio that is required to have 50% of roof space dedicated to some sort of roof top garden( that no one will ever check to see if they do). So, in a joint family system, still popular, housing markets tight, and even land for development vs food security utility my focus was on space function rather than looks.
